The renowned New York architecture office Richard Meier & Partners was able to prevail with its design in an architectural competition in December 2012.
The Quantum Strandhaus is the first residential building by Richard Meier & Partners in Germany. For the marketing phase of the property in Hamburg’s HafenCity, werk5 realised an interactive presentation model.
Interested parties were thus given an insight into the flats – even before the building was completed.
The model shows its full potential in the showroom of Engel & Völkers AG when the apartments selected on the touch screen light up in the model.
Size and location of the flats can thus be compared with a single touch. The virtual presentation of floor plans and interior perspectives provides customers with all the information they need to find the perfect flat.
