Norra Tornen – the northern towers “Helix” and “Innovations” take up an urban design motif of Sweden’s capital, as double towers were already used as symbolic gates in Stockholm in the past. As a gateway, they connect the city’s past and future, and as an architectural model, they combine digital experience with physical object.

Via an iPad control, each of the 180 flats of the ‘Innovations’ tower can be individually illuminated and localised in the model. The filter function sorts the flats according to the client’s criteria and facilitates the selection by price and size.
