Architectural models are the most important part of giving people a glimpse of what will be.
Amir Rothkegel, pwr Development
ORO, VERT and FRAME designed by Herzog & de Meuron, FORM3 by Grüntuch Ernst Architekten and JOUX by Brandlhuber + Muck Petzet: pwr Development sets new standards in real estate marketing with the staging of the interactive architectural models in the former theatre hall of the TACHELES.
The individual style of each building and its’ interior design is interpreted on one of five stages. As sculptural objects, the architectural models are placed on pedestals made of Corian® and become an essential part of the design. Drawers in the base of the models contain displays with a real estate application that is individually adapted to the CI of the architecture. Customers can compare floor plans and sizes of flats and easily find in the model, as the corresponding flats light up.
A screen on the wall behind the models makes the interaction visible to other people in the room. Those who dive deeper into the application learn exciting background information about the architects, the building and the history of this special place.
