TALE Objects (TActile LEarning)
The kick-off was a joint research project of a responsive tactile dung beetle – inclusive, interactive, informative.
Inclusive learning stations – such as the responsive tactile beetle – offer a new form of communication and enable people with visual impairments to participate independently and culturally. This new narrative is so inspiring that other public institutions such as museums, natural history- and media centers should also benefit from it. A cooperation agreement between the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin and werk5 now enables the serial production of the responsive touch beetle.
And even more, we bundle our expertise to develop further TALE Objects!
We transform the digital collection and scientific knowledge of the Museum für Naturkunde into responsive exhibits that enrich every exhibition.
